My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms fell short of expectations as there was a leak from the ceiling for more than 24 hours before it got fixed; however, they were decent in size although a bit dirty. The service was a mixed bag with some kindness but also an unexpected call to vacate the room abruptly. The location was a definite highlight being very close to Haram and suitable for large families. The dining experience was below average with limited variety. Overall, the hotel served its purpose, especially for those seeking proximity to Masjid al Haram.

The service provided by Mr Abdelmoneem and Mr Fahd was top-notch, although there was a slight delay during check-in.
